Following a 17 year career with a multi-national energy company, Craig, Director and Electrician, yearned for a more personal work environment so, founded Smarter Home Electrics.

    We are BS7671 qualified so all work meets the standards of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET 18th Edition BS7671:2018) wiring regulations. Smarter Home Electrics is also a member of the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contractors(NICEIC) registered as a competant person. 

    We can take on any domestic and SME electrical project in the South East of England - but taking this one step further, because we specialise in smart technology we can offer options that will help you to improve your property using smart technology. 

    Our primary goals are quality workmanship, great customer satisfaction and, most importantly, safety. In a market where finding a trusted tradesman can be difficult, we offer assurance to our customers that all work is of a high standard, to the 18th Edition wiring regulations and most importantly will be safe for everyone in the home. We believe this so much that we offer a 12 month guarantee on all our work.
